HousingAlerts.com is operated by Real Estate Press, LLC, a Florida company ("HousingAlerts", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who visits HousingAlerts.com, creates a free account or buys a membership. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, buying a membership, or otherwise accessing or using HousingAlerts.com and its tools, reports, maps, emails and other services (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Services.
If any of these terms is found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that term will be severed and deleted, and the remaining terms will continue to be binding and enforceable.
2. Your account
Some parts of the Services are available only to account holders or paying members, and we may restrict access to parts (or all) of the Services at any time. If you have an account, you must keep your username and password confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for the individual who created them: do not share your login with other people.
3. Calls from us, including AI voice calls
If you give us your phone number, for example when you sign up, buy a membership or update your account, you agree that HousingAlerts may call you at that number about your account, your membership and billing, and how you use the Services.
Some of these calls may be made by our AI voice assistant: a computer-generated voice, not a person. The assistant always tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI, and it will say so again whenever you ask. It can answer questions about HousingAlerts and your account, and if you would rather talk to a person, ask it and a member of our team will follow up with you.
So that we can follow up on what you asked and improve the service, these calls are transcribed: we keep a written transcript of the conversation, not an audio recording (see our Privacy Policy).
You can stop these calls at any time. Tell the assistant or our team during any call, email support@HousingAlerts.com or call (800) 210-0667, and we will stop calling you within 10 business days. Stopping calls does not affect your membership. We make marketing calls with an artificial voice only to people who have separately agreed to them, and agreeing to such calls is never a condition of buying anything from us.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue on the Services.
You must not use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (see the anti-spam policy), and you must not use our content for any marketing purpose without our express written consent. You must not attempt to damage, disable, overburden or impair the Services, or to collect information about other users.
5. Our content and your feedback
All copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights in and on the Services, and all content, data and software on them, remain the sole property of Real Estate Press, LLC or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Use of our trademarks, content and intellectual property is forbidden without our express written consent. You must not:
- republish material from the Services without our prior written consent;
- sell or rent material from the Services;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit material from the Services for any purpose;
- redistribute any content from the Services, including onto another website.
Citation
When you refer to or use any of our content with third parties (any such use must be approved by us in advance), you must cite www.HousingAlerts.com as the source and must not remove any branding, trademark or copyright notices.
Feedback
You may send us suggestions, ideas, testimonials, comments or other feedback about the Services ("Feedback"). We will own the Feedback you provide and may use it without restriction or compensation to you. By providing Feedback, you give up all intellectual property rights and waive all other rights in it.
6. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
When you buy a membership you agree to the price and payment terms shown to you on the order page at the time you enrolled.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription term until you cancel it. We charge the subscription fee of your plan to your payment method at each renewal, without further notice, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Depending on the term you chose when you enrolled, renewals happen every month (or every 30 days) or every year.
- Cancel in time. You are responsible for cancelling at least 24 hours before your renewal date if you do not want your trial or subscription to renew. Cancelling in time guarantees that no further charges will be made.
- Your price is locked. Your subscription price will never increase as long as you remain an active member.
- Three-year promotional plans. If you bought the special three-year promotional offer, your subscription converts to an annual subscription after the third year and renews every year after that.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your membership and all future recurring charges at any time by emailing terminate@HousingAlerts.com.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal; we never see or store your full card number.
7. Cancellation and refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. A 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (trial period) is offered on paid memberships. The 30-day period ends 30 calendar days after your initial (first) enrollment date. To receive a refund, email terminate@HousingAlerts.com within that period. Refunds are paid to the card or account used for the original payment.
No refunds (or partial refunds for early termination) can be issued more than 30 days after your original enrollment date. You are not eligible for more than one refund: for example, you may not enroll, get a refund, re-enroll later and request a second refund.
After the 30-day period you can still cancel at any time to stop all future charges, by emailing terminate@HousingAlerts.com.
