Steps

  1. Open the Table and click + Column.
  2. Add Market Outlook, Wholesale - Flip Score, Cash Flow Boost Score, Wealth Maximizer Score, Creative REI Score.
  3. Use Market Filter to limit the list to your state(s) or metros.
  4. Click ▼ on any column to rank by it.

The cash-flow check: sort by Cash Flow Boost Score, then look across at Market Outlook. High cash flow in a weakening market means cash in one hand and lost equity in the other. Shortlist markets where both are strong.
