Summary: Your ZIP code and your metro don't always move together. Here's how to check in 30 seconds.

Steps

  1. Open the Smart Market Report and search an address.
  2. Click between the Zip Code, County, Metro and State tabs.
  3. Compare the vital signs at each level.
  4. You can also compare visually on the Map: switch between the Metro and ZIP code levels and compare different indicators.

  • Are homes selling faster or slower here?
